  • Role Description The Writer role at massaie is a full-time, on-site position based in Sudan. The Writer will create clear, engaging, and accurate written content for various formats, such as articles, reports, internal documents, and marketing materials. Daily tasks include researching assigned topics, drafting and revising content, collaborating with team members to clarify requirements, and ensuring that all materials follow company style and tone guidelines. The role also involves proofreading and editing content for clarity, grammar, and consistency before publication or distribution. The Writer will work closely with other departments to understand their communication needs and help maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Qualifications
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content in English for different audiences and formats.
  • Proficient research abilities to gather, verify, and synthesize information from reliable sources.
  • Solid editing and proofreading skills to ensure accuracy, coherence, and adherence to style and quality standards.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and interpret content requirements.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Literature, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with basic computer tools and office software; experience with content management systems is an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn about the company’s industry and adapt writing style based on feedback and evolving needs.
