Role Responsibilities
- Develop subject-matter expertise in key partner-ecosystem metrics across the family of apps.
- Communicate complex data findings and recommendations in a way that is easily understandable by stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to provide the team with self-service access to key insights, driving analyst efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
- Establish close working relationships with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders including strategy, data engineering, and business development teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 Minimum years of experience in data analytics, including use of SQL, defining metrics, delivering regular insights reports, building dashboards, and making recommendations.
- Presentation and communications experience with extracting insights from technical data sets to varied audiences.
- Demonstrated experience thinking strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building data pipelines.
- Experience in the media and/or music industry and understanding of associated metrics.

Additional Responsibilities
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
