  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging technical and non-technical audiences

  • Ability to work fully remote with approximately 5% travel to Boston, MA
  • Knowledge of data profiling, quality monitoring, and data lineage practices

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients, product teams, engineering, and stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business and data requirements
  • Translate business needs into user stories, epics, and detailed technical requirements to support data product development
  • Perform comprehensive data analysis, source-to-target mapping, and data validation using SQL to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Support data profiling, quality monitoring, and data lineage activities to enhance end-to-end data reliability
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for requirements clarification throughout project delivery cycles
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to process improvements, and assist in backlog management
  • Support change management initiatives, stakeholder communication, and the rollout of new data features and products
  • Maintain operational documentation, user guides, and client reference materials for ongoing reference and training

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for mental health and well-being support
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions
  • Flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings accounts (HSA)
  • Up to 14 weeks of paid parental leave to support work-life balance
  • Remote work flexibility with minimal travel requirements
  • Competitive salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 annually, complemented by bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits package
