- Monitor data quality and proactively flag discrepancies or anomalies to the planning team
- Maintain and update planning trackers, dashboards, and shared documents
- Assist with purchase order reconciliation and inbound/outbound flow tracking
- Execute routine system transactions and data entry tasks accurately and on schedule
- Perform root cause analysis on inventory variances including overstock, out-of-stock, and shrink situations
- Support demand signal analysis and seasonal planning data preparation
- Draft and distribute mass communications to stores on behalf of the planning team
- Triage and troubleshoot tickets submitted by stores and customers, escalating issues as appropriate
- Collaborate with planning managers to ensure timely and accurate posting and uploading of files
Skills:
- Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to think systematically and manage complex, multi-source data in an organized manner
- Proficiency with enterprise planning or ERP systems such as SAP, MRP, or similar platforms
- Solid understanding of inventory metrics and supply chain fundamentals
- Ability to build and maintain reports, dashboards, and planning trackers
- Strong written communication skills for drafting clear, professional store-facing communications
- Comfort raising concerns, flagging red flags, and escalating issues proactively
- Curiosity and adaptability when learning new systems and processes
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently while maintaining quality and accuracy of output
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively alongside senior planners and managers
Experience:
- Prior experience in data entry and/or data analysis is required
- Background in inventory planning, supply chain, logistics, or purchasing is required
- Experience working with ERP or planning systems such as SAP or MRP or similar is strongly preferred
