Role Description This is a full-time remote Data Analyst role. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources, build reports and dashboards, and generate insights that support business decision-making. The role involves performing exploratory data analysis, applying statistical methods, and developing data models to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities. The Data Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business questions, translate them into analytical solutions, and communicate findings in a clear, actionable format. Additional responsibilities may include documenting analytical processes, maintaining data quality, and contributing to continuous improvement of data analytics practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proven experience in Data Analytics.
Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Statistics and related quantitative methods.
Candidates should possess experience in Data Modeling and working with relational or NoSQL databases.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for presenting complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
Experience working in remote, cross-functional environments and strong organizational skills are advantageous.
Background in working with large datasets, data warehousing, or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
