Data Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Improve data usability to support MEDITECH Expanse platform implementation
• Ensure high-quality, normalized, and usable data is consistently available to stakeholders
• Bridge technical and clinical gaps by interpreting workflows and aligning data with standards
• Partner with business and product owners, clinical subject matter experts, and technical teams
• Define requirements, develop data models, and participate in terminology normalization
• Provide expertise in Expanse clinical workflows and data structures

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of experience in a healthcare-related field
• 7+ years of experience in a hospital setting (clinical, Health Information Management, or billing preferred)
• 1+ year of experience in clinical coding preferred
• 1+ year of experience in data and workflow analysis preferred
• 1+ year of experience in EHR maintenance, build or implementation (MEDITECH, EPIC, Cerner preferred)
