• The Role
• • Analyze and manage daily, weekly, and monthly department reports using advanced tools.
• • Assess agent schedules and real-time staffing needs, applying predictive analytics for optimization.
• • Develop and maintain data logs and spreadsheets for reservations and performance metrics.
• • Record overtime, vacation, and voluntary time-off (VTO) using automated tracking systems.
• • Update skill levels and integrate AI-driven routing strategies.
• • Collaborate on AI-enabled workforce optimization projects and process automation.

• What You'll Need
• • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• • Knowledge of statistics and relational databases.
• • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments.
