Data Analyst

• The Role
• • Review operational and maintenance data to provide recommendations to senior leadership.
• • Compile data into reporting systems to inform staffing needs, assignment changes, and parameter adjustments for efficiency.
• • Monitor and evaluate data collection processes, recommending and implementing improvements and standard operating procedures.
• • Develop, implement, and maintain data collection, warehousing, and analytic tools.
• • Provide analytical and database support to various departments.
• • Develop key performance indicators and business metrics, making data-driven recommendations.

• What You'll Need
• • Master's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• • Two years of experience as a Data Analyst, IT Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role within the transit industry.
• • Proven experience with QL Query Language and MS Forms.
• • Experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse Data Warehouse.
• • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps and Power BI.
• • Familiarity with transit operations software such as Trapeze, Syncromatics, Spare, Rideco, and Ecolane.
