- The Role
- • Execute data-driven analysis and build AI-powered analytical workflows to deliver actionable insights to executive leadership, business units, customers, and the automotive industry.
- • Source, extract, clean, transform, and analyze data from proprietary and third-party sources, maintaining recurring datasets and reports.
- • Build and maintain AI-powered data pipelines, automated reporting workflows, and analytical tools, including integrating large language models and coding assistants with production data environments.
- • Apply statistical and econometric methods to identify trends, test hypotheses, and quantify relationships, translating findings into concise reports and visualizations.
- • Evaluate, test, and implement generative AI tools and automation frameworks to enhance analytical productivity and automate manual workflows.
- • Contribute to published data products tracking key industry metrics such as sales volumes, transaction prices, inventory levels, affordability, and credit conditions.
- What You'll Need
- • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Science with 4+ years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience, or a Ph.D. with 1+ years of experience.
- • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence.
- • Strong statistical literacy and data profiling skills to assess data quality and explanatory power.
- • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis; experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS).
- • Experience with statistical or econometric software and/or visualization tools such as Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx.
- • Demonstrated experience or strong interest in applying AI/ML tools, including generative AI and large language models, to accelerate data analysis.
