• The Role
• • Partner with business leaders to develop scalable solutions and dashboards using a leading Microsoft BI Stack and Python.
• • Translate business needs into scalable data models and reporting layers that support consistent, reliable analysis.
• • Design datasets and deliver insights that support a growing business.
• • Document analytics requirements, data models, and processes to ensure consistent and accurate reporting.

• What You'll Need
• • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• • 3+ years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft's BI Stack (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• • Strong understanding of Python, SQL, relational databases, and data modeling.
• • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
