Data Analyst

• The Role
• • Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical workflows and documentation practices within a specific EHR system.
• • Partner with clinicians, operational leaders, and project teams to ensure clinical data accurately reflects patient care and business needs.
• • Improve the quality, consistency, and usability of data for reporting, analytics, regulatory requirements, and operational decision-making.
• • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for workflow improvement and data standardization.
• • Apply knowledge of healthcare documentation, coding systems, and terminology to support data integrity and consistency across systems.
• • Participate in validation, testing, and ongoing improvement efforts for data-driven solutions.

• What You'll Need
• • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• • Experience analyzing workflows, quality measures, operational processes, or healthcare data.
