  • Role Description
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that support business decisions and operational improvements. The Data Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, interpret, and present data that drives strategic initiatives and enhances organizational performance.
  • Key responsibilities include gathering and validating data from multiple sources, performing statistical and business analysis, developing reports and dashboards, and identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities. The role involves monitoring key performance indicators, supporting forecasting and performance evaluation, and providing recommendations based on data-driven findings.
  • The Data Analyst will also maintain data quality, improve reporting processes, automate recurring reports where appropriate, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to define data requirements. This position requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques, statistical methods, and data visualization principles.
  • Proficiency with SQL and experience working with relational databases.
  • Experience using data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with programming languages for data analysis, such as Python or R, is an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in spreadsheet applications and data manipulation techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • The ideal candidate is a curious, proactive, and results-oriented data professional who enjoys solving business problems through data analysis and delivering insights that support informed decision-making.
