- The Data Analyst (H/F) plays a key role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making. This position is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets, developing reports, and helping teams understand performance trends. Working with cross-functional departments, the Data Analyst ensures data accuracy, improves reporting processes, and contributes to strategic planning through clear, data-driven recommendations.
- Key Responsibilities
- • Collect, clean, and process data from various internal and external sources.
- • Perform detailed analysis to identify patterns, trends, and potential business opportunities.
- • Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- • Collaborate with teams to understand data needs and deliver analytical support for ongoing projects.
- • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting systems.
- • Develop automated reporting tools and improve data workflows to enhance efficiency.
- • Support forecasting, performance measurement, and KPI tracking activities.
- • Prepare documentation, analytical summaries, and presentations to support management decisions.
- • Work with IT or data engineering teams to refine data structures and improve data availability.
- • Contribute to identifying process improvements and recommending optimization strategies based on findings.
- Qualifications and Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- • Strong analytical and quantitative mindset with the ability to interpret complex information.
- • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and statistical or visualization software.
- • Experience with BI platforms or dashboarding tools is an advantage.
- • Solid understanding of data cleaning, manipulation, and reporting techniques.
- • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
- • Good communication skills, capable of translating technical findings into clear actionable insights.
- • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to improving systems and processes.
- • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
