- About the Role
- We are seeking a Data Analyst with experience working with healthcare data to support data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Key Responsibilities
- Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Write and maintain SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data.
- Work with large and complex healthcare datasets to ensure data accuracy and quality.
- Use AI coding tools to assist with writing, reviewing, and improving code and data analysis.
- Build reports and provide data-driven insights to support business and operational decisions.
- Work with internal teams to understand data needs and develop solutions.
- Identify data issues and help troubleshoot and improve data quality.
- Document data processes, queries, and analysis.
- Support ad hoc reporting and data analysis requests as needed.
- Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working with healthcare data.
- Strong expertise in SQL, including the ability to write complex queries to extract, aggregate, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools or AI platforms to support development and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with common data models.
- Experience with healthcare data standards and structures.
- Experience with data visualization or reporting tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
