About the Role
We are seeking a Data Analyst with experience working with healthcare data to support data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Write and maintain SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data.
Work with large and complex healthcare datasets to ensure data accuracy and quality.
Use AI coding tools to assist with writing, reviewing, and improving code and data analysis.
Build reports and provide data-driven insights to support business and operational decisions.
Work with internal teams to understand data needs and develop solutions.
Identify data issues and help troubleshoot and improve data quality.
Document data processes, queries, and analysis.
Support ad hoc reporting and data analysis requests as needed.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience working with healthcare data.
Strong expertise in SQL, including the ability to write complex queries to extract, aggregate, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Experience using AI-assisted coding tools or AI platforms to support development and data analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with common data models.
Experience with healthcare data standards and structures.
Experience with data visualization or reporting tools.
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
