About the Role
Are you a recent Statistics graduate looking to launch your career in data analysis, business intelligence, and statistical modelling? We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Graduate Statistician / Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. This entry-level role is ideal for graduates who enjoy working with data, performing statistical analysis, building predictive models, and helping organisations make evidence-based decisions.
No prior professional experience is required. Full training and mentorship will be provided to help you develop practical expertise in statistical analysis, data analytics, business intelligence, predictive modelling, and data visualisation.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, validate, and analyse data from multiple business sources.
Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualisations to support business decisions.
Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyse data.
Assist in forecasting, predictive modelling, and trend analysis.
Apply statistical techniques to solve business and operational problems.
Support data quality, governance, and validation activities.
Present analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Document methodologies, assumptions, and statistical findings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on analytics and reporting projects.
Assist in automating reporting and analytical processes.
Stay updated with the latest statistical methods and analytics technologies.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Data Analytics, Operations Research, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
Strong knowledge of statistics, probability, and quantitative analysis.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and logical reasoning.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous learning.
