Role Description The Data Analyst role at Selva Infosys LLC is a full-time, on-site position based in Manchester, NJ. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze healthcare and financial lifecycle data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement. Responsibilities include building reports and dashboards, supporting data modeling for automation workflows, and providing data-driven insights to stakeholders in medical practice compliance and operations. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions, documenting findings, and supporting the implementation of recommendations. The Data Analyst will also help maintain data quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement of analytics tools and methods.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proven experience in Data Analytics.
Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Statistics and an understanding of quantitative analysis methods.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Data Modeling skills to support reporting, automation workflows, and forecasting.
Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau) is beneficial.
Experience working with healthcare, revenue cycle, or compliance-related data is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
