1. About Our Client:

This organization operates in the specialty retail menswear industry, offering a range of products including suits, formalwear, sportswear, and business casual apparel. It addresses the need for personalized menswear and family merchandise by providing tailored products and services through an extensive network of stores and e-commerce platforms.

2. About the Opportunity:

The Data Analyst - eCommerce Analytics role focuses on extracting actionable insights from various data sources to optimize ecommerce performance. This position supports the ecommerce and marketing teams by analyzing site content, promotions, customer behavior, and market data to guide and measure strategic decisions.

3. Responsibilities:

  • • Collaborate with operations to track customer website actions using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • • Analyze customer behavior data in Google Analytics, sales data in Snowflake, and aggregated data in Power BI to identify trends and opportunities.
  • • Develop clear and insightful dashboards using Power BI, Looker Studio, and Excel.
  • • Present data analyses effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • • Work alongside data engineering, ecommerce, and analytics teams to align methodologies and share best practices.

4. Requirements:

  • • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, business, merchandising, or a related field.
  • • At least 3 years of experience in ecommerce or analytics.
  • • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction.
  • • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI (preferred), Tableau, or similar.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Starting salary ranges from $70,200 to $110,000, with potential total compensation up to $146,300 based on performance, tenure, and responsibilities.
