Job Summary
Clinisol Tech Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across business and technology initiatives. In this role, you will analyze, validate, and interpret data from multiple sources, develop meaningful reports and dashboards, and provide actionable insights to improve business performance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and validate data from relational databases.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
Perform data validation and identify data quality issues, inconsistencies, and trends.
Analyze business and operational data to identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Develop basic Python scripts for data analysis, automation, and reporting.
Prepare analytical reports with clear findings, visualizations, and data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate with business, IT, engineering, and other stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support regular business reporting.
Document data sources, analytical methodologies, and reporting processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or a related field.
Strong SQL skills with experience querying and analyzing relational databases.
Experience with Excel for data analysis, reporting, pivot tables, formulas, and data validation.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or another business intelligence and visualization platform.
Knowledge of data cleaning, data validation, statistical analysis, and visualization techniques.
Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Python libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL concepts.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
Experience creating executive dashboards and KPI reports.
Certifications such as Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst, Google Data Analytics, Tableau, or other analytics certifications are a plus.
