Data Analyst (Clinical/Pharma)

• Due to the nature of the project, we need Visa independent Candidates only.
• This is a long term contract with 100% Onsite work mode.
• Candidate MUST be open to W2 employment.

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst who will be responsible for collecting, interpreting, analyzing, and managing data to support informed business decisions across the organization. This role involves developing analytical processes, maintaining data systems, and transforming complex datasets into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences data and possess strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.

Required skills & experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of technical data analysis, data science, or data warehousing experience.
• More than 2 years of recent experience with pharma, biotech, or life sciences data, along with strong analytical skills and high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to analyze, model, and interpret data including clinical, commercial, or scientific datasets.
• Understanding of Entity-Relationship models for clinical data.
• Proven business analysis experience.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Python.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL Developer, Visual Studio, Qlik.
• Knowledge of structured, unstructured, and semi-structured data formats including clinical notes, safety narratives, and commercial data feeds.
• Ability to plan work and meet deadlines.
• Interpersonal, teamwork, written, and verbal communication skills.
