Data Analyst - Client Intelligence & Decision

The Role:

As a Data Analyst, you'll transform raw data into meaningful insights that help drive business decisions. You'll work with stakeholders across the organization to identify trends, build reports and dashboards, and uncover opportunities for process improvement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems with data and is looking to grow their career in analytics, business intelligence, and AI-driven decision making.

What You'll Do:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and business insights
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support operational and strategic decision making
• Develop SQL queries and automate recurring reports to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Validate data quality and ensure accuracy across datasets and reporting processes
• Present findings and recommendations through clear visualizations and executive summaries
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes through data-driven analysis

What We're Looking For:

• 0 to 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, analytics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Experience with Excel and SQL, familiarity with Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools is a plus
• Ability to communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
• Interest in AI, automation, and leveraging data to solve business challenges
• Curious mindset with a desire to continuously learn and improve
