Role Description The Owner role in Belgrade is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing local business operations, performance, and strategic initiatives aligned with Atleos’ global objectives. This role includes managing day-to-day activities, optimizing processes, and ensuring high-quality delivery of services within the self-service financial ecosystem. The Owner collaborates with cross-functional teams, monitors key performance indicators, and drives continuous improvement in customer experience and operational efficiency. Responsibilities also include budget oversight, risk management, stakeholder communication, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in business ownership, general management, or senior leadership in a technology, financial services, or related industry.
Strong skills in operations management, strategic planning, and performance monitoring.
Proven ability to manage budgets, financial metrics, and resource allocation effectively.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships.
Experience leading teams, fostering accountability, and driving change and process improvement.
Understanding of self-service financial technologies, ATM networks, or digital banking solutions is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Belgrade and coordinate with regional and global teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
