About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Healthcare Professional to join our dynamic team at University Health. Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient assessments, document medical histories, and develop care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures with precision and adherence to safety standards.
  • Monitor patient progress, respond to emergencies, and escalate concerns to appropriate medical personnel.
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care measures.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all patient interactions and clinical activities.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and organizational policies at all times.
