About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Analytics Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and executing business insights across our life sciences portfolio, focusing on transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights through visual storytelling. Your primary goal will be to support stakeholders by minimizing the time required to derive insights from data, thereby enabling faster and more informed decision-making. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, IT, and other business units, to develop and deploy best-in-class analytics solutions that enhance self-service capabilities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in an innovative environment, leveraging advanced analytics tools and cloud infrastructure to support strategic initiatives and operational excellence. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess an undergraduate degree in business, data science, computer science, or a related field. A minimum of five years of experience developing analytics solutions is required, with demonstrated expertise in systems integration, data validation, and master data management. Proficiency in building visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, and familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataiku are essential. Experience supporting cloud infrastructure and leveraging data analytics platforms will be highly valued. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate solutions from the customer's perspective. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for presenting complex findings to senior leadership and diverse stakeholders. A willingness to learn new tools and techniques to grow within the advanced analytics space is also important.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include owning and executing business insights across the life sciences portfolio, focusing on streamlining data analysis and visualization. You will understand business strategies and stakeholder requirements to develop tailored solutions that meet their needs. Leading the development and deployment of analytics solutions, you will create and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI, incorporating financial and operational metrics. Managing the deployment process involves developing standard work, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support to business teams. You will collaborate with various departments—such as Commercial Sales, Finance, and IT—to develop innovative solutions that drive business growth. Operating in an agile environment, you will deliver timely reports and dashboards, ensuring data integration and standardization across systems. Additionally, you will develop complex presentations of your findings for senior leadership and support additional processes like demand planning, sales compensation reporting, and strategic planning initiatives. Your role will also involve establishing best practices for data management and analytics integration, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the organization.
