- Role Overview
- The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business planning and operational decision-making. This role transforms raw information into meaningful insights by identifying trends, measuring performance, and preparing reports that help improve processes and achieve organizational objectives. The position requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings effectively.
- Key Responsibilities
- • Collect, validate, and organize data from multiple internal and external sources.
- • Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- • Develop reports, dashboards, and visual summaries to support decision-making.
- • Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular performance reports.
- • Clean and maintain data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
- • Perform ad hoc analysis to support business initiatives and operational improvements.
- • Document analytical methods, data definitions, and reporting procedures.
- • Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and workflow processes.
- • Support data governance initiatives by following established standards and policies.
- Qualifications and Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- • Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a similar analytical role is preferred.
- • Strong understanding of data analysis techniques and statistical concepts.
- • Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and data visualization tools.
- • Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings clearly.
- • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- • High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- • Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- • Collaborative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills.
