- We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy transforming data into meaningful insights that support business decisions and improve operational performance in a hybrid work environment.
- 🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key business insights
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and business objectives
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations
- Perform ad hoc analyses to support strategic and operational initiatives
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems
- Document data sources, methodologies, and reporting processes
- ✅ Requirements
- Entry-Level / Junior (0–3+ years of experience, internships included)
- Experience in data analysis, business analysis, or related fields
- Proficiency with Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to communicate data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment
- Fluent in English
- Based in the United States with legal authorization to work full-time
- Ability to commute to the assigned office location as required
