We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that support business decisions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve business performance.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to support business objectives
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and performance trends
• Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through statistical and quantitative analysis
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and provide data-driven recommendations
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and operational planning through data analysis
• Create and maintain documentation for data sources, reports, and analytical processes
• Assist in improving data collection methods and reporting automation
• Stay current with industry trends, analytics tools, and best practices
✅ Requirements
• 1–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling concepts
• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus
• Experience working with relational databases and large datasets
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Must be based in the United States and legally authorized to work full-time in the U.S.
