Role Description This part-time, remote Self Employ role at Hold My Hand involves supporting the campaign’s mobilization and outreach efforts from any location with reliable internet access. Day-to-day tasks may include engaging with children, teenagers, and community members online; promoting campaign messages through digital platforms; and coordinating virtual meetings or events to increase awareness of the NSAAC priorities. The role also includes documenting stories and experiences, providing feedback on campaign materials, and helping to build networks with schools, community organizations, and youth groups. The successful candidate will work independently, manage flexible hours, and collaborate with the broader Hold My Hand team to strengthen support for children and teens nationwide.
Qualifications
Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with children, teenagers, caregivers, and community partners.
Strong interest in child rights, youth development, social justice, and community-based initiatives.
Basic digital skills, including use of email, social media, and online meeting platforms.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle part-time, self-directed work.
Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to gender-neutral, non-discriminatory practices.
Experience in community outreach, youth work, education, or social campaigns is beneficial.
Access to a computer or smartphone and stable internet connection to perform remote tasks.
Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including government, civil society, and private sector partners.
