Role Description The Customer Success Analyst is a full-time, on-site role (hybrid) based in Garner, NC. This role is responsible for monitoring and analyzing customer data and service performance to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Day-to-day activities include resolving customer support inquiries, coordinating with operations and logistics teams, and proactively identifying issues and improvement opportunities. The Customer Success Analyst will prepare reports and dashboards, communicate insights to internal stakeholders, and follow up with customers to confirm that service expectations are met. The role also involves documenting processes, maintaining accurate records in customer systems, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the customer service function.
Qualifications
- Candidate should be local to the Garner/Raleigh area
- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess customer satisfaction and customer service skills to build relationships, manage expectations, and ensure positive outcomes.
- Candidates should possess customer support skills to handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and internal teams.
- Relevant skills and qualifications include proficiency with spreadsheets and CRM or ticketing tools, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or life sciences environments is beneficial.
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
