About the Role
Vertex is seeking an experienced Curam Business Analyst to support the design and implementation of enterprise case management solutions using the Curam Business Application Suite. The ideal candidate will have strong Curam functional knowledge, business process analysis skills, and the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
Analyze and document business processes, requirements, issues, capabilities, metrics, and value opportunities.
Conduct gap analysis and identify Cúram solutions to meet business requirements.
Develop business and functional requirements, use cases, process flows, and solution documentation.
Identify evidence and data requirements supporting Cúram case management processes.
Assist with solution design, testing, UAT, and issue resolution.
Translate technical concepts and issues for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Support implementation and go-live activities, including conversion, training, and production support.
Provide project/PMO support including status reporting, time tracking, work-plan updates, and metrics.
Required Qualifications :
8+ years of Cúram experience.
Strong experience designing solutions within the Cúram software suite.
Strong knowledge of Cúram Case Management and Social Services business processes.
8+ years of business process analysis, including use cases, process flows, and gap analysis.
8+ years of business application consulting or development experience.
Ability to independently identify solutions and resolve complex issues.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work effectively with technical and non-IT business users.
Cúram V6–V8 certification required.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience supporting large-scale Cúram implementations.
Experience with go-live, conversion, training, and production support activities.
Strong customer relationship and problem-solving skills.
