We're seeking an exceptional Critical Facilities Director to lead high-performing operational teams across a significant Texas portfolio, ensuring world-class reliability, resilience, and customer service within complex, business-critical environments.

The Opportunity
As Critical Facilities Director, you'll provide strategic leadership across multiple hyperscale sites, ensuring operational performance, engineering excellence, client satisfaction, and commercial success.
Working closely with executive stakeholders, you'll drive continuous improvement while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, uptime, and technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead operations across a portfolio of hyperscale data centres.
Deliver exceptional uptime and operational resilience within mission-critical environments.
Manage large engineering and operational leadership teams.
Build trusted relationships with hyperscale clients and executive stakeholders.
Drive commercial performance and operational efficiencies.
Lead incident management, business continuity, and risk mitigation strategies.
Champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop future leaders while creating a high-performance culture.
About You
We're looking for a proven leader with:
Extensive experience within Critical Facilities or Data Centre Operations.
Experience supporting hyperscale clients.
A strong engineering and operational leadership background.
Significant P&L and commercial management experience.
Expertise in mission-critical environments where uptime is non-negotiable.
Outstanding stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
A passion for developing high-performing teams.
