2. About the Opportunity:

The Credit Analyst II role is responsible for performing credit analysis and risk assessments for new and existing customers to support management decision-making. This position involves analyzing financial data, monitoring economic indicators, identifying risks and opportunities within the global customer portfolio, and collaborating with various departments to support order management decisions. The role contributes to enforcing credit policies and compliance procedures, ensuring effective credit risk mitigation and supporting the organization''s financial health.

3. Responsibilities:

  • • Secure customer data and financial statements by working with relevant departments
  • • Perform credit analysis and assess credit risk for assigned credit lines
  • • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide recommendations for management
  • • Prepare ad-hoc analyses, executive summaries, and recurring reports
  • • Monitor and analyze key economic indicators across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions
  • • Identify potential risks and opportunities within the global customer portfolio
  • • Perform cash flow analysis and develop customer forecasts
  • • Research and develop new techniques and solutions for credit challenges
  • • Provide critical updates on customer financial conditions to relevant departments
  • • Partner with Sales and Sales Operations to support order management decisions
  • • Coordinate credit and collections efforts globally through communication and collaboration
  • • Enforce credit policies and procedures, including maintaining documentation and communication
  • • Assist with SOX controls, compliance procedures, and ad-hoc control tasks

4. Requirements:

  • • Experience in credit analysis or quantitative roles
  • • Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience
  • • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; fluency in Chinese is a plus
  • • Ability to manage competing project deadlines with varying supervision
  • • Basic understanding of credit risk mitigation strategies and systems
  • • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • • Ability to interpret financial data, market intelligence, and third-party information
  • • Experience or interest in AI and Machine Learning applications for credit analysis
  • • Effective communication and presentation skills for customer relationship management
  • • Process improvement mindset and initiative to support growth
  • • Familiarity with SAP and experience in large multinational corporations are advantageous

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

  • • The estimated base salary range for this position is $59,300 - $84,700, based on work location, skills, experience, and education.
  • • The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
