SKILLS REQUIRED

• Experience in Claims Processing, Cost Recovery, Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Insurance Claims
• Strong investigation, documentation, and liability determination skills
• Experience with invoicing, payment follow-up, and claims documentation
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with Smartsheet, Utilisphere, Modular Workflow, or Dig Safe is a plus

POSITION OVERVIEW

This role is responsible for investigating third-party damage to telecom infrastructure and supporting cost recovery efforts. The analyst will determine liability, prepare claim documentation, issue invoices, track receivables, and coordinate with internal teams and third parties to ensure timely financial recovery while maintaining compliance and documentation accuracy.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Investigate damage incidents and determine liability using supporting documentation.
• Research locate tickets and validate damage locations.
• Prepare complete claim files and invoice-ready recovery packages.
• Track invoices, receivables, and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with contractors, insurers, police departments, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure SLA compliance.
• Support cost recovery activities while managing multiple claims in a high-volume environment.
