Cost Analyst

Partnering with some of the world’s largest data center, pharmaceutical, and healthcare developers, we are looking for a Cost Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients’ success.

In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating project costs, preparing accurate cost estimates, monitoring budgets, and providing financial insights that support successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects across various stages of development.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and expenditure throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
• Conduct cost analysis, benchmarking, and variance reporting.
• Support procurement activities by evaluating supplier and subcontractor pricing.
• Review contractor quotations and recommend value engineering solutions.
• Prepare financial reports and present cost data to project stakeholders.
• Assist with risk assessments relating to project costs and commercial performance.
• Maintain accurate cost databases and historical pricing information.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure financial targets and deadlines are achieved.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in construction cost analysis, estimating, quantity surveying, or commercial management.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
