A rapidly growing entrepreneurial organization is seeking a Corporate Accounting Analyst to join its finance team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with executive leadership and gain exposure to both accounting operations and financial analysis across a diverse portfolio of operating businesses and investments.

This newly created position offers a blend of hands-on accounting responsibilities and FP&A exposure, making it an ideal fit for someone looking to build a well-rounded finance and accounting career.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly close activities across multiple entities
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy
• Research and resolve account variances
• Assist with accounts payable, billing, and operational accounting functions
• Work extensively within QuickBooks Online
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting initiatives
• Build and maintain Excel-based financial models and KPI reporting
• Partner with leadership on ad hoc analysis and strategic projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Experience with general ledger accounting and reconciliations
• Strong Excel skills
• QuickBooks Online experience preferred
• Exposure to financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting is a plus
