ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our energy Client is seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated professional to join its Sales Operations team as a Contract Support Analyst. This role supports contract review, booking, and execution while helping ensure documentation, terms, and pricing are handled accurately and efficiently.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Manager of Sales Operations, the Contract Support Analyst will support direct and indirect sales channels, process residential and commercial electricity contracts, and collaborate with sales professionals and third-party sales partners. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage contract-related activities accurately while supporting sales objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Sales through direct and indirect sales channels, including interactions with third-party sales channels
• Process electricity contracts for residential and commercial customers
• Review contract documentation, terms, and pricing to help ensure accuracy
• Support the execution and booking of contracts
• Collaborate with sales staff to support brokers and help meet sales targets
• Develop an understanding of brokers’ business models and tailor communication accordingly
• Proactively consult with brokers to identify customer needs
• Analyze complex transaction requests and facilitate communication across teams
• Build expertise in products, markets, and processes to effectively support partners
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while helping build credibility and brand value
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and consistent attention to detail
• Assist with additional projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in contract administration

COMPUTER SKILLS

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with CRM databases
