Lead Negotiations for Complex IT Contracts:

Independently negotiate and review complex IT agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, amendments, order forms, and licensing agreements, with a focus on software, SaaS, cloud, hardware, telecom, and consulting services.

Act as Liaison Across Departments:

Serve as the primary point of contact between IT, Legal, Sourcing, Finance, Risk Management, and external vendors to drive contracts from initiation to execution.

Technology Vendor Contract Expertise:

Manage relationships and contractual agreements with major technology vendors (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce, AWS, Cisco, telecom carriers, managed service providers).

Telecommunications Contract Management:

Negotiate and manage telecom-related contracts, including voice, data circuits, internet, wireless, and cloud telecommunications services.

Risk Management & Compliance:

Identify, assess, and communicate business and legal risks in contracts; ensure compliance with security and insurance requirements.

Contract Administration & Repository Management:

Review contract language, match contracts to purchase requisitions, verify insurance, manage security documentation, and maintain contract repositories.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with various internal teams and external vendors to facilitate smooth contract negotiations and resolve conflicts without creating departmental friction.

Process Improvement & Attention to Detail:

Maintain organized systems for tracking contract renewals, obligations, and compliance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the procurement lifecycle.

Stakeholder Support:

Advise and support business stakeholders on contract risks, obligations, and best practices throughout the contract lifecycle.

Requirements

5+ years experience in contract negotiation/management, especially for IT, telecom, software, and cloud services.
Strong experience negotiating with technology vendors and working with legal and procurement teams.
Proficiency in reviewing/redlining legal terms and contractual documents.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and process improvement skills.
