- About the Role
- We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contract Analyst / Paralegal to join our Contracts team in Calgary. Reporting to the Director, Contracts, you will play a critical role in supporting the review, negotiation, and execution of a wide range of contractual documents across our organization.

- Key Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and redline a variety of contracts and legal documents in alignment with company policies
- Manage contract tracking systems, records, and databases, ensuring accurate documentation and execution
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners from contract intake through execution and implementation
- Coordinate contract administration processes, including amendments, insurance certificates, and supporting documentation
- Maintain contract templates, guidelines, and standard forms
- Ensure all agreements meet approval requirements and escalate issues when necessary
- Provide status updates and support the implementation of contractual obligations across the business
- What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience in a corporate legal or contracts environment, ideally within the energy sector
- Post-secondary education in legal studies, paralegal studies, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of contract law principles, including drafting, negotiation, and contract lifecycle management
- Experience working with a variety of agreements (e.g., MSAs, NDAs, purchase orders, leases, etc.)
- Advanced attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of time-sensitive work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, and contract management systems
- Experience with SharePoint or legal databases is an asset
