  • Pull, organize, validate, and trend adoption, utilization, compliance, workflow, safety, reliability, and outcome data from approved data sources.
  • Translate data into concise insights that identify performance movement, threshold breaches, variation, risks, optimization opportunities, and actions needed.
  • Support baseline, current, and target measurement for product lifecycle reviews, standards reviews, optimization cycles, and executive governance meetings.
  • Create repeatable reporting methods that support sustainable monitoring after implementation and handoff.

Data Sourcing, SQL, Modeling, and Metric Reliability

  • Identify data quality concerns, source gaps, inconsistent definitions, refresh concerns, and metric reliability risks; partner with data engineering to troubleshoot or resolve dashboard refresh issues as appropriate.

Product Governance and Decision Support

  • Support the Director, Product & Performance in product lifecycle governance, including intake, backlog, roadmap, phase-gate, and definition-of-done activities.
  • Prepare materials for CNTO portfolio review, exceptions checks, standards and performance review, optimization cycle reviews, and go/no-go phase gates.
  • Maintain threshold reports, decision-support summaries, performance briefs, optimization trackers, and action-oriented materials for leadership review.
  • Partner with program consulting leads to define meaningful metrics, confirm measure intent, document assumptions, and validate interpretation before escalation.
  • Identify data gaps and work with stakeholders to improve measurement reliability, source clarity, and reporting consistency.

Stakeholder Partnership and Communication

  • Collaborate with clinical informatics, operational, product, IT/DT&I, facility, division, and corporate stakeholders to collect context and validate findings.

  • Partner with the Senior Informatics Analyst - Governance & Standards to align scorecards, audit tools, readiness checklists, and standards documentation.
  • Support updates to playbooks, dashboards, implementation toolkits, and sustainment materials based on measured outcomes and adoption signals.
