ASAP is hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Construction Finance Analyst to support large-scale capital construction projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team responsible for the financial planning, cost management, and reporting of complex construction projects.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and maintain project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor project costs and perform budget-to-actual and variance analysis.
  • Support financial planning and cost management activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track project expenditures and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
  • Review purchase requisitions, invoices, contracts, and change orders for financial accuracy.
  • Prepare financial reports and provide project cost analysis to project leadership.
  • Partner with project managers, engineers, contractors, and finance teams to support project execution.
  • Identify financial risks and recommend opportunities to improve project performance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial processes and reporting requirements.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business Analytics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in construction finance, cost management, project controls, or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting large capital construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
  • Experience working with Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and project cost tracking.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with SAP is preferred.
  • Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Project, or other cost management software is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience supporting semiconductor, industrial, commercial, or refinery construction projects is highly preferred.
