Configuration Management Analyst

• Position: Configuration & Asset Management Analyst
• Clearance: U.S. citizens and able to obtain FAA Personnel Suitability (Public Trust)
• Location: Oklahoma City, OK (Onsite)

• Documentation & Reporting
• • Prepare CM-related documentation, reports, and process artifacts.

Requirements

• • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or IT Management
• • 2–5 years of experience in Configuration Management, Change Management, or a closely related IT discipline

• Required Technical Skills & Competencies
• • Working knowledge of configuration identification, change control, and status accounting processes
• • Experience supporting or participating in Configuration Control Boards (CCBs)
• • Familiarity with formal Change Request workflows.
• • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• • Strong familiarity supporting IT services or operations.

• Preferred Qualifications
• • Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM, or Asset Management modules.
• • Familiarity with IT Asset Management (ITAM) principles and asset lifecycle management.
• • Experience maintaining configuration records, inventories, or enterprise asset repositories.
• • Active Public Trust or ability to obtain one
