  • Role Description The Compliance Analyst role at ONENESS SOLAR MOUNTING SYSTEMS is a part-time, remote position focused on supporting regulatory and financial compliance across the solar PV mounting systems business. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, reviewing internal policies and procedures, and identifying compliance risks related to manufacturing, export, and renewable energy operations. The role involves conducting compliance reviews and audits, analyzing data and documentation to ensure adherence to internal controls and external requirements, and preparing clear reports and recommendations for management. The Compliance Analyst will collaborate with finance, operations, and engineering teams to address findings, support corrective actions, and help maintain accurate records for inspections and certifications. This position also assists in developing compliance training materials and communicating regulatory updates to stakeholders in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Regulatory Compliance, with knowledge of relevant industry standards and willingness to stay current with changing regulations.
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills, including data review, risk assessment, and the ability to interpret complex information and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Effective Communication skills, with the ability to prepare concise reports, explain compliance requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic to intermediate Finance knowledge, including understanding of internal controls, documentation requirements, and compliance impact on financial processes.
  • Experience or coursework in Auditing, internal review, or quality assurance, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Relevant education in business, finance, law, engineering, or a related field; professional certifications in compliance or auditing are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time workload effectively, and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Interest or experience in renewable energy, manufacturing, or international trade is highly beneficial.
