Role Description This part-time remote role combines responsibilities of a Compliance Analyst and Data Governance Manager. The successful candidate will oversee regulatory compliance for distribution activities in the Benelux region, monitoring adherence to relevant healthcare, commercial, and data protection regulations. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing policies and procedures, performing compliance checks and internal audits, and maintaining documentation related to product and business operations. The role also involves defining data governance standards, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across systems, and supporting risk assessments and remediation plans. Collaboration with finance, sales, and management teams, as well as clear communication of compliance requirements and findings, will be key aspects of this position.
Qualifications
Strong Regulatory Compliance and Auditing skills to review processes, identify risks, and support internal controls.
Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess compliance status, and support decision-making.
Effective Communication skills to explain complex regulatory and data governance issues to diverse stakeholders.
Basic to intermediate Finance skills to understand financial implications of compliance and data governance decisions.
Experience with data governance frameworks, data quality management, and documentation of policies and procedures.
Knowledge of EU and Benelux regulations relevant to healthcare products, distribution, and data protection (e.g., GDPR).
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and maintain high attention to detail.
Relevant academic background in law, business, finance, data management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience in healthcare distribution, FMCG, or regulated industries is an advantage.
