Role Description: The Compliance Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Fairfield, NJ. This position is responsible for monitoring and interpreting regulatory requirements that impact AMCA’s certification programs and operational practices. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing policies and procedures for compliance, conducting internal audits, and assisting with the development and implementation of corrective actions.

The Compliance Analyst will compile and analyze data and documentation, prepare reports for leadership, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to accreditation standards and internal guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Regulatory Compliance skills to interpret standards and accreditation requirements.
  • Analytical Skills to review data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • Strong Communication abilities to prepare clear reports and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams required.
