Compliance Analyst

• Duration: 6 Months with possible extension
• Location: Mission Viejo, CA 92691
• Shift: Day shift, 8 am to 4:30 pm

Job Overview:

This position reports directly to the Executive Director of Cardiovascular Services, Nurse Manager of the Cancer Clinical Institute respectively. Responsible for the operational management of each Service line ensuring each service line is in compliance to regulatory requirements, policies and procedures. Strategically formulates solutions and best practices that impacts the service lines including recommendations for increased efficiencies and increased client/physician satisfaction. The Compliance Analyst will coordinate and facilitate quality and data analysis for volume and commercial growth to the service line they report to. This position will work intimately with the Director of all members of the leadership teams of the institute they report to.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree - Preferred fields: Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare.

Required Experience:

2 years of professional work experience that includes data analysis

This role does not involve finance or accounting responsibilities. Instead, the position focuses on reading regulations, auditing medical records, coordinating responses from physicians, and working with Excel worksheets—primarily for basic data entry and tracking.
