2. About the Opportunity:
The Competitive Pricing Analyst role supports pricing and competitive analysis efforts, contributing to strategic assessments and leadership briefings. This position is responsible for analyzing labor costs, researching market and competitor data, and assisting in pricing strategy modeling. The role is critical for informing competitive bids and pricing decisions, helping the organization maintain an advantage in government contracting.
3. Responsibilities:
- • Calculate labor costs and pricing scenarios using spreadsheets.
- • Research competitors and market trends with various tools and AI-assisted methods.
- • Support senior analysts in modeling Price to Win scenarios.
- • Contribute to strategic assessments and assist in preparing leadership briefing materials.
- • Manage and analyze data with proficiency in Excel.
- • Communicate findings clearly and support development of presentation skills.
4. Requirements:
- • 2 to 4 years of experience in analytical, pricing, financial, proposal, research, or data-driven support roles.
- • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Excel for data management and basic analytical modeling.
Bonus qualifications include:
- • Experience with proposals, RFPs, pricing analyses, or competitive assessments.
- • Familiarity with Price to Win concepts or competitive intelligence.
- • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- • Exposure to automation tools or scripting languages.
- • Understanding of cost modeling, market research, or financial analysis.
- • Ability to create concise briefing materials for leadership.
- • Interest in developing presentation skills.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The pay range for specified US locations is $78,600 to $124,200 USD.
