We're Hiring: Competitive Intelligence Analyst 📊🔍

We're looking for someone who understands the healthcare and insurance industry and can research competitors, identify market trends, and help shape our product and sales strategy. You'll gather intelligence from brokers, industry reports, customers, and public data to help us stay ahead in a competitive managed care market.

What You'll Do:

• 🔹 Research competitors and market trends
• 🔹 Analyze pricing, products, sales strategies, and competitive positioning
• 🔹 Interview internal stakeholders and gather industry insights
• 🔹 Build competitive comparison reports and presentations
• 🔹 Provide recommendations that help Product and Sales teams improve their strategy

What We're Looking For:

• ✅ 2+ years of experience in Competitive Intelligence, Market Research, Strategy Consulting, or similar
• ✅ Healthcare, insurance, employee benefits, or managed care industry experience
• ✅ Experience analyzing competitors, market trends, pricing, and buyer behavior
• ✅ Strong analytical and presentation skills
• ✅ Comfort turning research into actionable recommendations for executives and sales teams

Nice to Have:
