Expected pay for this position is $33.52 - $39.44/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.
Overview

Position Summary
A typical day in this role involves partnering with clinical sites to assess and define scheduling framework needs within Qgenda for displaying which physicians or APPs are assigned to call coverage/ other shifts for specific services. The role is responsible for configuring and maintaining QGenda, driving standardization, and ensuring accurate schedule transparency across the organization. This position also collaborates closely with operational and technical teams to support integrations and data sharing between QGenda and other Ministry applications. Ideal candidates will have experience with physician and/or APP shift and call scheduling systems (there is no patient information in this platform), familiarity with provider compensation methodologies, and an understanding of application integrations and data exchange within the Ministry.
The Compensation & Provider Services Applications Analyst l will develop a foundational understanding of provider compensation methodologies, and the data required to support them. This role will learn the applications used by OSF to administer provider compensation plans and acquire a basic understanding of how to maintain these applications.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, computer science, healthcare administration or other closely related field.
OR
High school diploma and 4 years of experience with relevant applications.
Other Skills/ Knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
Experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience working with healthcare provider scheduling applications such as Qgenda or Perfect Serve.
- Previous work-related experience in the healthcare industry.
- Experience with key OSF applications.
