- We are looking for a Compensation Analyst to support the administration and analysis of company compensation programs. This role will focus on base pay, incentive compensation, market pricing, job evaluation, compensation data, and regulatory compliance while partnering with HR and business stakeholders.
- Missions
- Administer recurring compensation processes including base salary, incentive compensation, market pricing, job evaluations, and recognition programs.
- Review and process salary adjustments, promotions, job changes, incentive plan updates, and awards.
- Conduct market pricing and compensation benchmarking using salary surveys and approved market data.
- Analyze new and revised positions using job pricing, job slotting, and internal equity methodologies.
- Prepare compensation recommendations and supporting analysis for review.
- Support HR and business partners with position changes, job title reviews, and compensation-related questions.
- Maintain accurate compensation and job data within HRIS systems, including SAP.
- Support compensation reporting and data requests from Legal, Finance, Accounting, Regulatory, and HR teams.
- Apply compensation regulations and compliance requirements including FLSA, Equal Pay Act, and EEO guidelines.
- Identify compensation discrepancies or exceptions and escalate complex matters when appropriate.
- Required Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of compensation administration experience.
- Hands-on experience with base salary administration, market surveys, job pricing, and job evaluation.
- Experience supporting variable pay and incentive compensation programs.
- Understanding of compensation compliance including FLSA and Equal Pay Act.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms; SAP experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner with HR and business stakeholders.
- WorldatWork CCP certification is a plus.
