2. About the Opportunity:
The Compensation Analyst II plays a key role in managing the organization''s global compensation and equity programs. This position ensures fair, transparent, and competitive compensation practices that support attracting, retaining, and rewarding talent vital to the organization’s mission. It involves operational responsibility and collaboration across multiple departments to maintain and evolve compensation and equity frameworks as the organization scales.
3. Responsibilities:
- • Maintain and refine global salary bands and job architecture aligned with market data and internal equity
- • Conduct benchmarking using compensation surveys and recommend pay positioning
- • Support annual merit, promotion, and compensation review cycles, including tooling and audits
- • Partner with People Partners and Talent Acquisition on compensation recommendations for roles, offers, and promotions globally
- • Address compensation inquiries from leadership and employees with clear guidance
- • Monitor organizational pay equity and highlight areas for review
- • Administer equity grants end-to-end, including processing, vesting, and lifecycle events
- • Liaise with equity platform and Finance/Legal teams
- • Ensure data integrity between equity platforms and HRIS
- • Support equity disclosures, audits, and compliance with international tax requirements
- • Educate employees about their equity awards and develop related resources
- • Stay updated on global equity regulations and proactively flag compliance issues
- • Develop and maintain compensation dashboards and reports for leadership
- • Improve compensation processes and documentation
- • Collaborate with operations and finance on headcount planning and compensation modeling
4. Requirements:
- • Minimum 3 years’ experience in compensation, total rewards, or related analytical roles
- • Strong knowledge of broad-based compensation principles including salary structures, market pricing, job leveling, and pay equity
- • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and modeling
- • Familiarity with at least one compensation survey methodology (e.g., Radford/Aon, Mercer)
- • Detail-oriented with ability to identify errors
- • Effective communication skills to explain compensation decisions clearly
- • Ability to handle sensitive compensation data confidentially
- • Experience with equity administration (grant processing, vesting schedules, RSU/option mechanics) is a plus
- • Experience supporting global organizations with multi-country employees is a plus
- • Experience using HRIS systems (Workday, Rippling, or similar) is a plus
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The remote base salary range for this full-time position is $113,000 to $139,000, plus equity and benefits
