About the Role:

American Honda Motor Co., Inc. is seeking a Compensation Analyst in Marysville, OH. In this role, you will administer salary and incentive programs, conduct market benchmarking and job leveling, and provide analytical guidance to business leaders on compensation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Advise business leaders on compensation policies, job evaluations, promotional increases, and new hire offers.
• • Administer annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, bonus payouts, and wage structure adjustments.
• • Evaluate job descriptions to determine internal grade levels, market competitiveness, and functional premiums.
• • Analyze market survey data and industry benchmarks to formulate pay structure recommendations.
• • Support the design, enhancement, and administration of enterprise compensation programs and policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• • 0-4 years of compensation, HR analytics, or related total rewards experience.
• • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data modeling.
• • Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) and market pricing tools.
• • Strong analytical reasoning, data interpretation, and communication abilities.
